Horizon Telecommunication is based in Dhayari, specifically in the Ravi Estate at unit A/7/8. This is more of a technical workshop than a shop. We have benches covered with electrical components and power equipment parts. The floor is concrete and often has bits of wire or metal shavings on it. We spend most of our day checking circuits or assembling boxes for power backup. It’s a quiet industrial area, so we don't get many random people walking in. Most of our work is for other businesses that need specific equipment. We have a few old desks where we keep our papers and manuals. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we are more focused on the work at hand. Sometimes the machines make a lot of noise, so we have to talk loudly to hear each other. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused during the long shifts. It’s not fancy at all, just a place where we get things built and tested. We have been in Ravi Estate for a good while now. We know the other units nearby and sometimes borrow tools from them. It’s a practical environment. We just come in, do the technical work, and make sure the orders are ready to go out on time. There is no big receptionist at the front, you just walk past the crates to find us. It is just the way we like to work.
