Hong Kong Mobile Shoppe

So, we have been here at Budhwar Peth on Lbs Marg for a while now. The shop is at number 40 to 43. Busy traffic outside on the main road usually makes things loud throughout the day. Most mornings begin with us opening the shutters and cleaning the glass counters where the handsets are kept. People walk in looking for all sorts of things, maybe a new screen protector because they dropped their phone or just a simple charging cable that actually works. A lot of time is spent just talking to folks who come in from the neighborhood. When it gets hot in the afternoons, a small fan in the corner keeps the air moving. We try to keep a good stock of the basic stuff everyone needs for their mobiles. Sometimes people bring in old phones that aren't working right and we take a look at them. It's just a regular shop, nothing too fancy. The usual boxes are stacked up in the back, and we have a couple of chairs for people to sit if they have to wait for a repair. Finding us is pretty easy if you are walking down Lbs Marg. The signs are plain but clear enough to see from the sidewalk. We see a lot of the same faces every week, which is nice. It is just how things go here at Hong Kong Mobile Shoppe. We stay open until the evening when the street gets really crowded with people heading home.
