Our company name is a bit of a mouthful, Homelicioushomelicious Caterers Llp, but we just call it the kitchen. Being right on the main road means we hear the trucks and cars going by all day long. It’s a very active part of town. Our setup in society building 28/4 is practical. We use the space mainly for prep work and managing the day-to-day tasks that come with running a catering business. In the rainy season, the road outside gets a bit messy, but we manage. We aren't a big high-end firm; we’re just people who like cooking and decided to make a business out of it. Most of our day is spent looking at lists of ingredients or talking to our vegetable vendors who come by early in the morning. The kitchen can get cramped when we have a big order, but we all know how to move around each other without bumping into things. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny signs. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We just want to keep things running smoothly and make sure the food we send out is something we’d eat ourselves. It is hard work but we enjoy the routine of it all.
