Hodek Vibration Technologies is located right here in Pune, specifically over in Dhanakawadi. We are inside the Raut Baug Housing Complex, Building C, Flat No. 9. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it stays pretty calm around the office. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. Dealing with vibration tech means a lot of technical talk, but we try to keep things grounded. The office is usually cluttered with papers and a few spare parts here and there. It’s not a glass-and-steel corporate tower, just a regular flat where we get our work done. Pune traffic can be a nightmare getting here, but once you’re inside, it’s alright. We have a small team. Everyone knows each other’s names. We don’t go for big presentations or fancy meetings. Usually, it’s just sitting around a table and figuring out whatever problem came in that morning. Being in Maharashtra gives us plenty of local connections, which helps. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we manage. We aren’t looking to be the biggest, just to do the work right from our little corner of Raut Baug. If you’re looking for us, look for the housing complex gate; it’s easier to find that way. We just keep moving forward one day at a time, making sure things are sorted out. It's not a flashy life, but it works for the kind of people we are.
