Our place is in Narhe, Pune, near Sufi Heights. The address is M No. 1249, but it’s easier to just look for the landmark. It’s a busy area with lots of students and other small shops around. We have a modest office space. There’s a lot of dust sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we keep the windows shut. Inside, it’s just a bunch of desks and some whiteboards that we use for notes. We do info solutions, which basically means we handle data and software stuff for local businesses. It’s not fancy. We have a small table for lunch. Sometimes we order in from the places down the street. We’ve got a mix of people here. Some are quiet, some talk a lot. We just try to get through the list of things to do every day. The Maharashtra weather can get pretty hot, so the fans are always on. We don’t really do big meetings. If we need to talk about something, we just lean over and talk. It’s more practical that way. We have a few computers that are a bit slow, but they get the job done. We like being in Narhe because it’s not as expensive as the main city. It’s a good spot for us to work without too much noise from the main roads. There is a small plant in the corner that someone brought in, but it mostly looks after itself.
