Hema Takawale

I work out of the Kharude Mandai Complex in Hadapsar. It’s in Adarsh Nagar, right near the Bhaji Market. As you can imagine, it’s a very busy area. There’s always the sound of vendors and people shopping for vegetables just outside. I’ve been here for a while, and the hustle of the market is just part of my daily life now. My office is a small space where I keep all my records. It’s nothing fancy, just a couple of chairs and a sturdy table. I handle various tasks throughout the day. People drop in while they’re out doing their groceries. It’s convenient for them. I don’t really have a big staff or a receptionist. I just answer the door and the phone myself. The market stays loud from early morning, so it’s never really quiet here, but I don’t mind. It feels like being in the middle of everything. I focus on getting the paperwork done correctly. Sometimes the power goes out or it gets too hot, but we just manage. It’s a simple, local operation. I’m not trying to be a big corporation. I just want to provide a service to the people who live and shop in Adarsh Nagar. It’s straightforward work in a very lively part of town. You get used to the noise after a while.
