Hema Fabrication

Hema Fabrication is our workshop down in Vadgoensheri at 48/2. If you walk past, you’ll probably hear the sound of metal being cut or the hum of the welding machine before you even see the sign. It’s a loud place, and there’s always a bit of smoke or sparks flying around. We don’t have an office with air conditioning or anything like that. Most of the work happens right on the floor where we have the heavy tables set up. Everything is covered in a thin layer of iron dust, and our hands are usually stained black by noon. We take on all sorts of fabrication jobs, mostly stuff for the houses and small buildings around Vadgoensheri. It’s work that keeps us busy from early morning until the sun goes down. The building itself is just a simple structure with a big rolling shutter that stays open all day. We have a small corner where we keep our tools organized, though they never stay that way for long. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we go when we need a break from the noise. We aren't trying to be some giant company. We just want to make sure the gates and grills we build are solid and get delivered when we said they would. It’s just a few of us working with our hands every day, getting the job done without much fuss. We like working with metal even if it is a bit messy.
