Our setup is in the Mantra Majestica building, which is over in Sasane Nagar on Kalepadal Road. We are in Flat No A-1/603. It’s a fairly new spot in Hadapsar, and the whole area is always under construction or changing in some way. Being on the sixth floor gives us a decent view of the surroundings, though mostly it’s just more rooftops and the busy road below. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got our desks pushed against the walls to make more room, and there’s always a stack of empty delivery boxes in the corner that we keep forgetting to throw away. It’s a Pune address through and through, with all the usual quirks like power cuts or the noise from the street markets nearby. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a jar of instant stuff and a kettle that takes forever to boil. The team here is small, so we all know what everyone is working on without needing a big meeting about it. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the lift dinging all day and people talking in the corridors. We just focus on getting through the daily list of things to do. It’s not a polished corporate environment, just a practical room where we put in the hours and try to keep things organized.
