Hayat Cateres

Our kitchen is over in the Vishrantwadi area, specifically near the M S E B office in Manik Baug. We spend most of our hours around big pots and the smell of spices. It is a lot of hard work, especially when there is a big order to get out for an event. We don't have a fancy restaurant front; it is more about the cooking that happens in the back. The team here is small, and we all know our roles when the heat is on and the clock is ticking. We have been doing this for a while, mostly handling local gatherings and small events around Mohan Wadi. It gets really hot in the kitchen, and there is always something bubbling on the stove. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook the food, pack it up, and make sure it gets to where it needs to go on time. Sometimes we are up late prepping for the next day's orders. It is a tiring job, but seeing people enjoy the food we made makes it okay. The floors are always being swept, and the vessels are constantly being scrubbed by someone. It is just a busy, honest catering setup near the main road. We do our best to keep everything moving and the food tasting right for whoever ordered it.
