Nagpur gets really hot, so we spend most of our time inside the office at Bhagwan Nagar. We are situated at Plot number 64, right near the Bank colony area. It is a decent neighborhood where people mostly know each other. Harshraaj Software Solutions is just a small team of us who decided to work on software stuff right here instead of moving to the bigger cities. We have been in this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything like those big corporate places you see in movies. It’s practical. We have our desks, our computers, and usually a lot of wires running around. Sometimes we walk over to the local shops for tea when we need a break from the screens. Working in Nagpur has its own pace, which we like. It is not as rushed as Mumbai, but we still keep busy with our projects. Most of our days are just spent typing away and trying to get the code to behave. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us doing the actual work. Our address is easy to find if you know the Bank colony landmarks. We’ve grown a bit since we started, but we still feel like a small local operation. That is basically how we like to keep it. No fancy talk, just software work from a quiet corner of Maharashtra.
