Harshad Lad

My name is Harshad Lad, and you can find me at Missal Chamber on J. M. Road in Shivajinagar. We are tucked right behind the Mamata building and very close to the Shaileja Hotel. If you know Pune, you know that J. M. Road is one of the busiest streets in the whole city. There’s always a lot of noise from the cars and the people walking by. Our office in Missal Chamber is a bit of an escape from all that chaos. It’s an older building, and the stairs are a little narrow, but it has a lot of character. Inside, the space is filled with papers, old books, and a few computers that have been around for several years. We don't have any modern decorations or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a functional workspace where we spend our days. I like being in Shivajinagar because everything is so close. I can walk to the hotel for a quick lunch or meet people at the nearby cafes. The office can get a bit stuffy in the afternoon, so we usually have the fan on full blast to stay comfortable. There’s no big team here, just a couple of us who have known each other for a long time. We don't bother with fancy titles or corporate meetings. We just sit down, do the work, and try to keep things moving along without any unnecessary drama or complicated processes.
