Our place is located at 126 Pune Solapur Road, not too far from the Akashwani station. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of noise from the trucks going past. We work on organic stuff here. It’s a bit of a mix between a warehouse and a small office setup. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure everything is stored properly. The weather out here on Solapur Road can get really dusty, so we are always cleaning the shelves. It’s a practical kind of job. We don’t have a lot of visitors, mostly just suppliers dropping off raw materials or people picking up orders. The staff here is small, and we’ve mostly known each other for a long time. We eat lunch together in the back room when things quiet down. We don’t do a lot of advertising. Most people find us because they need something specific for their own production lines. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy and has enough space for what we need to do. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a regular workplace where we try to stay organized. We’ve been in this spot for years and don't plan on moving. Sometimes the smell of the organic materials is quite strong, but we’re used to it. We just open the windows and keep going. It’s a steady pace here, nothing too rushed but always something to do.
