Hansraj Computer Technology System

Hansraj Computer Technology System is located at Navkar Heights on Plot No. 95. We have three shops there, numbers 5, 6, and 7. Having the three spaces together gives us enough room to breathe. One shop is mostly for the customers to come in and talk to us. The other two are where the real work happens. We have benches set up with all kinds of tools and testing equipment. There are always computers opened up with their insides showing. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, with cables and spare parts laying around. We try to keep it organized, but when you are busy, things just pile up. We get all kinds of people coming in. Some are frustrated because their laptop died, and others just want to buy a cable or a mouse. We don't have a formal way of doing things. You just walk in and we'll talk to you about what’s wrong. We've been in this building for a while now, so we know the other shop owners. It’s a good community. The afternoon sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard, so we usually keep the shutters halfway down to stay cool. We don't do any big advertising campaigns. We just rely on people telling their friends that we did a decent job for them. It’s just us and our tools every day, trying to fix things.
