Halo-Effect Corpsol Private Limited is based out of Manjari Farm in Pune, specifically over at Kamthe Wakhar. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main city area, but we like being out here away from the worst of the noise. The address is H No 145, S No 65, if you are looking for the place. It is a regular building, nothing like those tall glass towers you see in Hinjewadi. We mostly deal with corporate stuff, but we aren't really suit-and-tie people. Usually, someone has the radio on in the background and there is a lot of talk about the local traffic or how hot the sun is getting. We work together in a fairly small space, so things can get a bit cluttered with papers and files on every surface. It is a real place with real people who sometimes forget to wash their coffee mugs at the end of the day. We have been in Manjari Bk for a while now and we know the neighborhood well. There is a certain way we do things here, not too fast but not too slow either. We just want to get the work finished so we can go home. Some of the staff live nearby, so they just walk to the office. It feels more like a small community than a company most days. We don't have fancy meetings; we just talk across the room.
