You can find us at number 176 in Kothrud. This has been our base for a long time. We do technical services, which basically means we fix things or set things up for people when they get too complicated for them to handle. It’s a lot of tools, spare parts, and troubleshooting. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just answer the phone and go where we are needed. Kothrud is a busy area, and there’s always someone who has a technical problem that needs solving. Our workshop is usually a bit of a mess because there’s always a project halfway done on the bench. We don’t mind it, though. It shows we’re working. We have a few regular guys who have been with us for years. We aren’t a big chain or anything like that. Just a local shop that knows its way around machinery and electronics. Sometimes we have to wait on parts to come from across the city, which can be annoying for the customers and for us. We try to be honest about how long things will actually take. We don't promise the world, just that we will do our best to get it working again. It’s a decent way to make a living and we like being part of the Kothrud community. That’s pretty much the whole story. We show up at 176 and get to work on whatever is broken that day.
