We run Hallmark Technical Services Pvt.Ltd. out of Katraj, which is a well-known part of Pune. Our office is at Flat No. A12 in the Aayushi-Saloni Society. It’s quite easy to find if you know where the Rajaram Gas Agency is, as we are right near there. We are also situated just behind the Katraj Dairy area. This is a busy neighborhood with a lot of movement. We deal with technical services, which means our days are filled with troubleshooting and solving technical issues for various people. We don’t have a flashy office with modern art on the walls. It’s just a standard flat converted into a workspace where we keep our files and equipment. Being in a society like Aayushi-Saloni means we have to be mindful of our neighbors. We’ve been here for a while and have a good routine. We don't spend time on marketing or trying to sound like a big corporation. We just focus on the work itself. If someone has a technical problem, we look into it and try to get it sorted out as quickly as we can. It’s a very down-to-earth way of doing things. The traffic around the dairy can be a bit much sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We are just regular folks working in the technical field. We try to be honest and do a fair day’s work for everyone we help.
