Progressive Softwares

We are up on the 5th floor of the J-601 building in Magarpatta. It’s a decent enough spot in Hadapsar, though finding a parking space can be a real headache some mornings. Progressive Softwares is basically just a group of us sitting in front of screens for most of the day. There are a lot of tangled cables everywhere and way too many empty coffee cups sitting on the desks. We spend a lot of time writing lines of code and then trying to figure out why it didn't work the way we thought it would. It’s a lot of trial and error and scratching our heads. Some days the AC works great, and other days it feels a bit stuffy in here when everyone is working at once. We have a few windows that look out over the area, which is nice when you need to rest your eyes for a minute or two. The building is usually pretty busy with other offices and people rushing around the elevators. We don’t have any fancy lounge or a ping pong table, just some basic chairs and our workstations. Mostly we work on software projects that local businesses need to keep things running. It’s quiet work for the most part, except for the sound of constant typing. We’ve been at this for a while now. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and the security guard downstairs knows us. It is just how things go for us in Hadapsar.
