Cybernetics Software Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is over in Hadapsar at the Megacenter. We have two units, K-301 and K-302. It’s a pretty big complex so it took us a while to get used to where everything is when we first moved in. Cybernetics Software Pvt. Ltd. is the name we use for all the official stuff. Mostly, we are just a group of people who know a lot about software. The Megacenter is always humming with people from different companies. We see the same faces in the corridors every day. Our space is mostly just desks and chairs. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s a practical setup for writing code and talking to clients about their needs. Hadapsar is a busy part of the city so there is always noise from the street below. We get used to it after a while. We don't really do the corporate jargon thing. If something is broken, we fix it. If a project needs finishing, we stay until it’s done. We aren't trying to change the world, we are just trying to build good software that works like it should. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the food stalls nearby. It’s a routine that works for us. We’ve been in these units for quite some time now and it feels like our own little corner of the building. It’s a decent place to work.
