You can find H2o Mobile Pvt Ltd over at Parvati Mitramandal Square, specifically at number 17. Even though the name sounds a bit formal, we are just a group of people who know a lot about phones. The shop is located in a nice spot where a lot of students and office workers pass by. We deal with all the major brands and some of the smaller ones too. Most of our time is spent explaining how the new cameras work or why a certain phone is better for gaming. It’s a busy environment and we usually have several things going on at once. I remember when we first opened, we didn't have half the stock we do now. Now the shelves are pretty full and we have to be careful not to trip over things in the back room when we are looking for inventory. We don't use a lot of technical jargon because most people just want a phone that works and doesn't cost too much. We sit and chat with the regulars who come in just to see what is new. It’s a steady job and we like being in this part of town. The square is always full of energy and it keeps us on our toes. We just focus on selling mobiles and making sure people walk out with what they actually asked for. No big promises or sales talk, just daily work in the square. It’s what we know.
