H I Tech Enterprises

You can find H I Tech Enterprises over at Chinchwad Phase Two, located in Karnail Singh Nagar on Pakhowal Road. It’s an interesting spot because it’s right there where the local activity is highest. The building isn't anything to write home about, just a practical structure that houses our equipment and a few desks. We spend most of our time focused on the technical side of things, so the office decor isn't really a priority. There are boxes stacked in the corners and wires running along some of the walls. It’s a working environment, through and through. The walk to the main road is short, and there are always people moving about in Karnail Singh Nagar. We’ve been operating from this Chinchwad location for a while now, and we’ve grown used to the quirks of the building, like the door that sticks a bit in the rainy season. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We talk to each other plainly and get the job done without much fuss. The traffic on Pakhowal Road can be loud, but we’ve mostly tuned it out by now. We don't have any flashy brochures or a dedicated sales floor. Most of our work is handled right at the benches or over a simple cup of coffee. It’s a straightforward, local business where we value being practical above everything else. The neighborhood is mostly familiar faces, and we like the sense of community that comes with being here in Phase Two.
