Gurudatta Steel Center

People stop by our shop on the Lohegaon Aundh Gaon Vadgaon Sheri Road when they need metal for their projects. We have been here at Gurudatta Steel Center for quite some time now, mostly dealing with pipes, sheets, and whatever else falls under the steel category. It gets pretty loud sometimes with the cutting and moving things around. The road outside is always busy, so we try to keep things organized so people can get in and out. Mostly it is local builders or guys working on their own houses who come in. We don’t have any fancy office or anything like that. Just a big space with lots of heavy stuff. Usually, there is a bit of dust on everything because that is just how a steel yard works. My shirt usually ends up with some rust marks by the end of the day. If you are looking for specific sizes, we usually have them stacked up in the back somewhere. We just do our work and try to help the people who walk through the door. It is a straightforward business where you see what you get. Some days are slower than others but there is always something to move or count. We have seen the area change a lot over the years but the shop stays mostly the same. Just a place to buy your steel and get back to your job.
