Guru Mobile Sales Service

Our shop is on 19th Main in the 4th Sector of Warje here in Pune. It is a lively spot and we get a lot of foot traffic from people living in the apartments nearby. We focus mainly on mobile phones which means our days at Guru Mobile Sales Service are filled with people coming in with broken charging ports or screens that have gone completely dark. We have a small glass counter at the front where we show some accessories and in the back we have our magnifying lamps and soldering irons. It is a small shop so you can see everything we are doing from the front door. We don't have any fancy marketing plans or anything like that. We just rely on people telling their friends about us when we do a good job on their phone. Sometimes we are working on five different phones at once and the desk gets really cluttered with tiny screws and bits of plastic. We have to be very careful not to lose anything. We listen to the radio while we work to pass the time when it is quiet but usually someone is walking in every twenty minutes. We try to be fair with people and tell them exactly how much a part costs before we start any work. It is just a small local business trying to help people stay connected with their friends and family. That is how we have always done it.
