Gshl(Ispat)

Gshl(Ispat) is located out in Ghodegaon, which is in the Ambegaon Taluka of Pune district. We are quite a distance from the main Pune city, nestled in a more rural area. Our work is centered around steel, or "Ispat" as we call it. It’s a heavy industry, so our site is full of metal, tools, and the sound of heavy work. We’ve been here in Ghodegaon for a while, and most of the people working here are from the local villages nearby. It’s a hard-working environment, and you won't find many people wearing suits and ties around here. We deal with the raw side of things, making sure the steel is handled and processed correctly. The weather in the Ambegaon region is usually okay, but the work itself keeps everyone warm enough. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, check the production schedules, and get to work on the metal. It’s a practical business for practical people. Sometimes the roads out here are a bit bumpy, and getting supplies in can take time, but we make it work. We are proud to be a part of the local economy in this part of Pune. It’s just us, the machines, and the steel, day after day. We like the honesty of the work we do here.
