We are located at A/9 in the Chandrika Housing Society, right on Bibvewadi Road in Pune. It’s a residential area, so our office feels a lot like a home, which we actually prefer. We work on organic agricultural solutions, but we aren't a big, faceless corporation. We’re just a group of people in Pune who think organic is the way to go. Being on Bibvewadi Road means we’re close to the heart of the city, but the housing society gives us a bit of peace to get our work done. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers and suppliers, trying to get the best organic inputs moved around the country. It’s a lot of logistics and sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy on our desks. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby; if you come by, you’ll probably just see us working around a big table. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch. We just do what we do, which is helping people grow things without all the harsh chemicals. Pune is a great place for this kind of work because there’s a lot of interest in healthy food and better farming practices. We just take things one day at a time, dealing with the challenges of running a small business in a busy city. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we run out of chai in the middle of a long afternoon, but we wouldn't change it.
