We started Growel Softech a while back. We are tucked away in Shivnarayan Heights, specifically in Flat 6G right by the IBMR hostel in Mohannagar, Chinchwad. Pune is a busy place, but our corner here is where we handle all the tech stuff. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything, just a practical space where we get things done. Most days, it's just us at our desks, coding or sorting through software requirements. The Chinchwad area has changed a lot over the years, and we've been here to see it. We don't really do big meetings or corporate lunches. Usually, someone just grabs tea from nearby and we keep working. It’s a quiet enough spot for a software office. People ask how we find the place since it's in a residential-looking building, but once you know the hostel, it’s easy. We've got our computers set up and enough coffee to keep us going through the afternoon. It feels like a normal workplace, nothing too over the top. We just focus on the projects that come our way. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but inside we just stay busy with the technical side of things. It works for us. We've been in this part of Pune for some time now and it feels like home. No big fuss, just a bunch of people doing their jobs every day. It’s a bit cramped with all the servers but we manage just fine.
