Growel Softech Ltd

This is Growel Softech Ltd. Our office is located in Wakad, Pune, specifically at Police Line Bld No 36, Flat No 4 in Kaveri Nagar. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s where we are every day. Being in a residential-style building means it feels more like a home than a sterile office. We have desks set up in the rooms and wires running along the floor. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done. Wakad is a busy area these days with all the new construction. We see the changes happening all around Kaveri Nagar. Sometimes it’s loud with the traffic from the main road, but inside we just focus on the screens. We’ve got a small team here. We mostly just talk about the work and what we’re having for lunch. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come to the door, one of us will just get up and open it. We like the local vibe of the Police Line area. It feels safe and familiar to us. We’ve been working out of this flat for a while now. It’s tight quarters sometimes when we’re all here, but we manage just fine. We are just a bunch of tech workers doing our thing in a regular apartment in Wakad. That is how we have always done it.
