Growel Softech Ltd

Growel Softech Ltd is located right on the Pune Mumbai Road in Dapodhi. The building is called Sant Singh Growel House. Since we are on a main road, there is always the sound of cars and trucks passing by. It’s a very busy part of Pune. We are in the tech business, so there are a lot of screens and cables everywhere inside. It isn't the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. Sant Singh Growel House has been a landmark in Dapodhi for a while. We spend a lot of time sitting in front of monitors, writing code or fixing problems. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. We don't have a fancy breakroom with a ping pong table. We just have a small corner with a water cooler and some chairs. People come and go throughout the day. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare because of the traffic on the Pune Mumbai Road, so we are used to that frustration. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a local tech firm trying to stay on top of our work. We don't use a lot of fancy language to talk about ourselves. We just show up at the office in Dapodhi, do our shift, and head home. That’s the reality of it. Even when the server room gets too hot, we just open a window and keep on going.
