Grove Systems Private Limited

Our company, Grove Systems Private Limited, is located in the Savannah building, specifically Flat No C 203. We are in Wagholi, which is part of Taluka Havelli in Pune. The pin code here is 412220. It’s a bit away from the main city noise, which we actually prefer. The office is basically an apartment that we turned into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make tea and a couple of rooms with our equipment. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know how to build and maintain systems. We spend a lot of time at our desks. Wagholi has grown a lot lately, so there’s more traffic than there used to be, but it’s still a decent area. We don't have any polished speeches or mission statements to give out. We just show up and do the tasks that are on the board for that day. It’s a very straightforward way of working. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait for the backup to kick in. It’s just part of life here. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If the doorbell rings, one of us just gets up to answer it. We like the simplicity of it all. We just focus on our systems and keeping things running.
