Our place is located at Plot No. A-30/3 in Nighoje. If you already know where the Mahindra company is in Chakan MIDC Phase IV, we are right behind them. It is a very industrial area, so there is always a lot of dust and heavy machinery moving around. Group Surya Peb Engineering & Constructions is basically run out of this site office. We spend almost all of our time looking at steel structures and various construction plans. The office isn’t anything fancy to look at; it is more of a practical workspace where we can spread out those big technical drawings. There is usually a lot of background noise coming from the nearby factories. We handle a lot of pre-engineered building projects. Most days start very early for us, usually before the sun gets too hot to work outside. Our crew is usually out on different construction sites, while just a few of us stay back here to manage the logistics and all the supplies coming in. It is hard work and the days can be quite long. We don’t wear suits or anything like that here. It is mostly just boots and jeans for everyone. We talk a lot about materials, deadlines, and how to get things built the right way. Chakan is such a massive area, so we do a lot of driving between different plots. We have watched this industrial zone grow. It’s honest construction work. We don't spend money on big signs.
