Gravs Solutions Llp

We are over at Dream Ville in Hadapsar. Specifically Flat No E-703. It's a residential-style building at Sr. No. 35/4/2, which makes it feel more like a home than a stiff office. Gravs Solutions Llp is basically a small team working out of this space in Kalepadal. We chose this spot because it's convenient and not right in the middle of the heavy city traffic. Getting things done here is pretty straightforward. We spend our days on the computer, dealing with whatever solutions our clients need. It’s mostly just us and our laptops. There’s a kitchen where we make coffee and sometimes we sit on the balcony to clear our heads. It’s quiet enough to actually think. People in the building know us as the guys who work with computers. We aren't doing anything flashy. Most days involve a lot of typing and looking at data. Sometimes we have meetings at the dining table because it's the biggest surface we have. It’s a bit informal, but it gets the work done. Living and working in Pune means you get used to the pace here. We started this LLP to have more control over the projects we take on. It’s not a corporate skyscraper. It’s a seventh-floor flat where we put in the hours. We don’t have a marketing team or a sales department. We just do the work ourselves and keep things moving. It’s a practical way to run a business.
