Grashan Technologies Private Limited

Our home base is Flat 503 at the Ekdant Co-Op Housing Society in New Panvel. You can find us in Sector 9, specifically sitting on Plot 109/134/135. For quite some time now, we’ve been running Grashan Technologies Private Limited from this residential block. It means seeing our neighbors daily and dealing with whatever the Raigarh weather throws at us. This isn’t a flashy glass office. Instead, it’s just a regular room where the tech work happens. Sometimes the society elevator acts up, but we get by just fine. Being part of the local New Panvel community is something we enjoy. Most folks around Raigarh-410206 know us as the people up in building 503. We go about our business with computers and software without making a lot of noise. The flat offers enough space to arrange our desks and get things finished. It's a practical way to work. Fancy reception areas or marble floors aren't part of the setup. It’s just us, some chairs, and our gear. Working and living in the same general vicinity has its own rhythm. Sector 9 traffic can get heavy when school lets out, but it’s usually pretty calm.
