Grace Automation Private Ltd.

Grace Automation Private Ltd. is tucked away on Prabhat Road, specifically in Lane No. 6. It’s actually a pretty nice part of town, lots of trees and it feels a bit more like a neighborhood than an industrial zone. We’ve been working out of this place for a good while. The office isn’t huge, but it fits all the automation gear and the desks we need. We spend a lot of our time looking at diagrams and trying to get machines to do what they’re supposed to do. It can be frustrating when something doesn't work, but it’s a good feeling when it finally clicks. We aren't big on formalities here. Most of us wear regular clothes and we don't really have any "boss" talk. We just get on with the job. The street outside is usually quiet, which is a nice change from the main roads. Sometimes we get distracted by the dogs outside or someone selling fruit, but mostly we’re just busy with the projects on our plates. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make tea, and that’s where most of the talking happens. It’s just a group of people who are pretty good at technical things, working in a quiet lane in Pune. We don’t really have a grand plan, we just want to do the work well and keep our heads down.
