Gpit Systems Private Limited is located in Kothrud, which is a pretty nice part of Pune. We are specifically at C-106 in the Springfield Co-operative Housing Society. Umesh Pargaonkar is the one who looks after the place here. Since we are in a residential society, it feels a lot different than a typical office park. It is quieter and has a more personal feel to it. We have been working out of this spot for some time now, focusing on various system-related tasks. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a handful of us sitting at our desks and getting things done. Pune weather is usually good, so we keep the windows open when it’s not too dusty outside. We don't go in for big marketing talk or fancy presentations. People usually find out about us because we’ve worked with someone they know. It is a very normal, everyday kind of workplace. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on our screens. Sometimes the parking in the society is a bit of a headache if you arrive late, but that’s just life in Kothrud. We like being part of this community. It’s a practical setup that lets us focus on the actual work without any of the usual corporate distractions.
