Gordon House Hotel

This hotel is located on University Road over in the Ganeshkhind area of Pune. It’s a busy part of town because of the students and the offices nearby. We have a lot of people coming in and out throughout the day. The building itself is at 132A/2A. It isn't a massive place, but we have enough rooms to keep us busy all year round. We handle things as they come. Sometimes the reception gets a bit backed up when a group arrives at the same time, but we sort it out. Life in Pune moves at its own pace and we try to keep up with it. The staff here has been around for a while and they know the neighborhood well. It's a simple operation really. We make sure the rooms are ready and the guests have what they need. We don't have any fancy bells or whistles. People mostly stay here because they have work at the university or nearby. It's a convenient spot for that. The traffic on University Road can be a bit much during peak hours, but once you're inside, it's alright. We just do our daily tasks, checking people in and keeping the place running. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be a part of this community in Ganeshkhind. No big corporate rules, just us running a local hotel. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now.
