You can find us at 13, Jay Gandhi Market on Rupee Bank Road. Being right in the Market Yard means we are surrounded by everything to do with food and wholesale trading. It is a very lively place to be every morning. We focus on food products, so there is always a lot of weighing, bagging, and stacking going on in our unit. The air usually smells like whatever we are processing that day. It is a small space, and we have to be careful with how we stack the crates so we don't run out of room to move. We have local regulars who stop by because they know where we are, but we also send stuff out to different shops around the area. It is not a quiet office job. There is always the sound of people talking loudly over the noise of the market and the hum of our small packing machines. We try to keep things clean and efficient, though it is a struggle when things get really busy in the peak season. The staff here are locals who know the market inside out. We don't have a big corporate story to tell. We just make sure the products are ready on time and that they are what people asked for. It takes a lot of effort to keep things moving.
