Golden Telecom

Golden Telecom is over in Pimple Saudagar. To be exact, we are at 2nd Cross on the Avalahalli Main Road. It’s a busy junction and there’s always something happening outside. Our shop is pretty basic. We have shelves with various bits of tech and cables. It’s not the kind of place with a lounge or anything. You just walk in from Avalahalli Main Road and we’re there. We’ve been in Pimple Saudagar for a bit now and we’ve seen the area grow. The traffic is a bit much sometimes, but it brings people in. We don't have a big staff. Usually, it's just one or two of us handling everything from the counter to the repairs. We don't use scripts or fancy greetings. We just say hello and ask what’s up. Sometimes we’re eating lunch at the back when someone walks in, so they have to wait a second. That’s just how it is here. Golden Telecom isn't a massive chain. We just focus on what’s in front of us. The 2nd Cross location is easy to find if you know the landmark. We keep the shop open pretty late most nights. It’s a lot of work, but we like being part of the neighborhood. We don't have a mission statement, just a door that stays open for most of the day.
