Having a shopfront means we see a lot of people coming and going every day. We handle the processing of various food items and agro products. The space is a bit tight, especially when a new shipment comes in and we have to stack everything up. It can get pretty noisy with the machines running and the local traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a big corporate headquarters; this shop is where everything happens, from the actual processing to the sales and the paperwork. Most of us have been living in the Raigarh area for a long time, so we know the local market pretty well. We try to keep our prices fair and our products clean. It’s a lot of physical work, moving bags and keeping the equipment in good shape. Some days are long, starting early in the morning and not finishing until late at night when the shutters finally go down. We’re just local folks running a business the best way we know how, focusing on the work right in front of us. It gets exhausting sometimes, but seeing the finished products ready for the customers makes it worth the trouble we go through.
