Glowrex

Glowrex is found at Wanawadi Midc 54. Since we are in an MIDC zone, the whole area is filled with warehouses, small factories, and workshops. Our place is one of those functional buildings where the main goal is production and getting things made. There is a lot of industrial activity all around us, with the sound of machinery and the smell of metal and chemicals sometimes drifting through the air. Our unit is numbered 54, and it is a pretty standard industrial shed with high ceilings and heavy doors. We spend our days managing the machines and making sure everything is running the way it should. It is not a quiet office job. We wear sturdy shoes and don't mind getting our clothes a bit dirty. The light inside is mostly from the big windows and the overhead tubes. We have a small area set aside for paperwork, but most of the action happens on the floor. People in Wanawadi MIDC know each other, so we often share news with the owners of the units next door over a quick break. We don't have a glossy brochure or a polished sales pitch. We just make what we make and try to do it right. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend hours fixing it, which is frustrating but that's the reality of this kind of work. We keep going until the shift ends and then we lock up the big gate for the night.
