Globetech Ites Private Limited works out of Green Counti Phase 1 in Bhekrai Phursungi. Specifically, we are at House Number 5, Survey Number 171. Pune is a big city, but out here in Phursungi, things feel a bit more relaxed compared to the center. Our setup is inside a residential area. We don't have a big lobby or a sign that lights up at night. It’s a house where we’ve set up our computers and desks to handle IT-enabled services. We’ve lived in Maharashtra our whole lives, so we’re used to the pace here. Some days the traffic to get into Pune is terrible, so we’re glad we have this spot. We are a small group of people who just like working with data and tech. We don’t have fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly we just have notes about deadlines and technical stuff. The neighborhood is quiet, except for the usual sounds of people going about their day. We prefer it this way because we can actually focus on the tasks at hand. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There might be a few coffee mugs sitting around and some tangled wires under the desks. We just want to get the work finished correctly. It’s a practical way to run things without all the unnecessary stuff that big companies deal with. We’re just regular folks doing IT work.
