Our office is tucked into Amar Park Apts, specifically at 1205/2/1 in Shivaji Nagar. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a tech company like Global Transformation Technologies Pvt. Ltd., as the building is a mix of homes and small offices. It gives the place a bit of a neighborhood feel rather than a cold business vibe. We’ve been in Shivaji Nagar for some time, and we like being close to the local shops and the general bustle of the area. Inside, the office is pretty simple. We have our workstations set up where they fit, and there is always a stack of notebooks or old hard drives lying around. We focus on technical projects, often helping businesses move their stuff onto better systems. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking, followed by a lot of typing. We don't have a big corporate culture; we’re more like a small group of friends who happen to be good at what we do. Sometimes we have meetings in the small kitchen area because it’s the most comfortable spot. We don't use a lot of buzzwords or try to sound more important than we are. We just enjoy the challenge of a difficult project and the satisfaction of seeing it through. It’s a quiet, busy life here in Pune, and that suits us just fine. We just show up and keep the computers running as they should.
