If you live in Pune, you know that Sinhgad Road can be a nightmare during rush hour. Most of us at Global Tech (I) Pvt. Ltd. spend a good chunk of our morning just trying to get through the traffic. Once we’re here, it’s a bit calmer. Samartha Park is a decent enough area. Our office isn’t huge, just enough room for the team and our equipment. We’ve got some old chairs that we probably should replace one of these days. There’s a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of sun or just to look at the trees. It’s a nice break from the screens. We’ve been here for a while, so we know the local shops and where to get the best snacks. The office vibe is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that. It’s mostly jeans and shirts. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things and talking over ideas. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone is talking at once, but we manage. By late afternoon, we’re usually wrapping things up and checking the traffic apps to see if the road home is clear yet. It’s just a normal life for us here in Pune, doing the work we need to do.
