Our small group runs Glaza And Barun Softtech Private Limited from our office over at Kanchan Onyx. We are located in the B wing, flat 108, which is out in Pisoli. It’s a developing part of Pune City and things are always changing around here. We started this because we wanted to handle software work in our own way without all the corporate layers you see in the big parks. Most days start with coffee and a look at whatever code needs fixing. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time which helps when we need to concentrate. Being in a residential-style building means it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in Maharashtra, just a reliable one. We handle a lot of technical tasks and help local clients with their digital needs. You won't find any marble lobbies or fancy elevators here. Just a couple of desks, some computers, and people who know their way around software. We've stayed in this spot because it's convenient for the team. We don't have a lot of rules, we just make sure we do what we say we're going to do. If someone calls, they usually talk to the person actually doing the work. That's how we like it. We usually close up around six or seven in the evening, depending on what needs to be finished.
