Gingigraft Private Limited

Our office is based in Pimpri, inside the Mahindra Royal Sterling-I complex. We are in Flat No-E/604, which is up on the sixth floor. Being in Pune-411018 puts us in a busy industrial and residential mix. The building is fairly tall and we have a decent view from the windows when we actually take a break to look out. Gingigraft Private Limited operates out of here every day. It’s a standard apartment style office, so it feels a bit more like a home than a sterile corporate space. We have our computers set up in the main rooms and a small area for lunch. The lift in the building is usually working fine, but sometimes it takes a while during the peak hours. We’ve got the address listed clearly so couriers can find us, though they still call sometimes when they get to the gate. Maharashtra weather means we have the fans or the AC going most of the time. It gets quite warm in the afternoons. We aren't doing anything fancy with the interiors, just plain walls and plenty of shelf space for files. We usually start our day early to avoid the worst of the local traffic. It’s a quiet enough floor, which helps when we need to focus. Most people in the building are just going about their own business. We’ve settled in nicely here and it serves our needs for now. It is just a regular place where we get our work done.
