Gils Pvt Ltd is based in Dapodi, Pune, specifically in the G-7 unit of Shree Residence in Ganesh Garden. It’s a local spot and we’ve been here for a while. The office is pretty small, which suits us just fine. We don't need a whole floor to do what we do. It’s mostly just us sitting around the table or at our desks, getting through the daily list of chores. Being in Ganesh Garden gives it a bit of a neighborhood feel. We know the people around here. We handle various business things that come our way. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We don't use fancy words to describe our work. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and start. Sometimes we have a lot of visitors, other times it’s just the sound of the fan and the keyboards. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a big fancy lobby. We’d rather just spend that time getting the work finished. Dapodi is a good place to be, even if the traffic gets a bit backed up on the main road during the rush hour. We’re just a bunch of regular people working in a regular office, trying to make things go smoothly for the folks we deal with. It’s honest, simple, and we like it that way. We keep a spare umbrella by the door for when the monsoon hits unexpectedly. It's just a normal place.
