Gicly Software Private Limited

Our work happens in Ravet, over in Pune. We are located in the Celestial City complex, specifically in flat 802 of the Phase 1-H building. It’s a residential area, so it’s a lot more peaceful than being in the middle of the city. We have a nice view from the eighth floor. We work on software, so most of our time is spent in front of our laptops. It’s a small group of us here. We turned the flat into a workspace that suits our needs. There are desks in the main room and some equipment in the corners. We like the vibe in Ravet; it’s growing fast but still feels a bit detached from the heavy Pune traffic. We don't have a big sign outside or a reception desk. People who know us just come to the building. We spend our days coding and testing things out. Sometimes we have a meal together on the balcony if the weather is nice. It’s a very informal setup. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build software and try to fix bugs as they come up. We've been here for some time now and it works for us. It’s a quiet place to get things done without too many distractions. We usually start the day with a cup of coffee and a quick chat about what needs to happen. The Celestial City complex is pretty big, so we have space to walk around if we need a break.
