Our spot is out in Chinchvad, in the G-Block of Shahu Nagar. We are located at RL-169, right in the heart of the MIDC area. If you know Maharashtra’s industrial zones, you know it’s a lot of dust and hard work, and that’s exactly where we fit in. The office is part of the S.N. Gharpure setup, and it’s been our base for quite a while. It’s a practical place. We have desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of technical manuals. There’s no point in having a flashy office when most of our real work happens out on the field anyway. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need many meetings to know what needs doing. The air in Chinchvad always smells a bit like metal and machinery, which is comforting in a way if you’re into engineering. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we go through the daily reports. It’s a tough environment sometimes, especially when the sun is hitting the roof in the middle of May, but we get through it. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here a long time and people in the MIDC know where to find us when they need something built or fixed. We keep a stash of extra boots and helmets by the door because you never know when you’ll need to head out to a site.
