Our office is tucked away in Shivai Colony, which is part of Moze Nagar in Yerwada. It’s on Survey Number 242/4. If you know the area, it's a residential pocket but we have our setup there. It's not a big corporate building, just a regular place where we get our work done. Pune can be a bit crowded, and Yerwada is no exception. We’ve been here for some time now. Mostly, we deal with building and property stuff. It’s a small team, just a few of us sitting around desks with some old computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites around the city. The neighbors are mostly families, so it stays relatively quiet during the day until the kids get home from school. We don't have any flashy signs or big lights outside. We just have our name on the door. It’s a practical location for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of Pune from here. Sometimes the parking is a bit tight on the street, so we have to park a block away. We aren't doing anything fancy, just the basic work of developing properties. It gets the job done and suits our needs for now. We like being in a regular neighborhood instead of a big office park. It feels more real. We have some old wooden desks and a lot of paper maps of the area. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait for it.
