We are based out of F-7 in the Indrayani Co-Operative Housing Society. It’s right on Paud Road in Kothrud. If you’ve ever been to Kothrud, you know how much traffic there is, but once you turn into our society, it gets a lot quieter. We’ve been in this flat for quite a few years now. It’s a bit of an older building, and the stairs can be a bit steep, but it’s our home base. We do software work, which mostly means we spend all day looking at screens and typing. It’s a small team here. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine or a lounge area. We just have our desks and some decent chairs because we sit a lot. Lunch usually involves someone bringing a tiffin or us going out to one of the many spots on Paud Road. We don’t really do big marketing pushes. Most of our work comes from people who already know us or found us through word of mouth. We aren't trying to be the next big thing in the tech world. We just want to write good code and keep our clients happy. Sometimes the society has meetings about the water tanks or the painting of the building, and we have to attend those too. It’s all part of being a local business in a residential area. We just keep things moving and do the work.
