Genx Infotech Consultancy is run out of Flat No-39 in the Satya Mev Apartments. We are located in Bavdhan, on NDA Road in Pune. Mrs. Manshi Sinha is the one who keeps things moving here. It’s a home-office type of setup, which is quite common for small consultancies like ours. We don't have a big corporate banner hanging outside or a reception desk. It’s a quiet place where we can actually focus on the work without too many distractions from the city noise. We mostly do tech-related consulting and hiring, so our days are full of technical talk and looking at specialized skill sets. We aren't some massive agency with thousands of workers. It’s a small, focused team. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to be all formal and stiff about it. Sometimes we’re working late into the night because that’s when the best work gets done. We’ve been in Bavdhan for a bit now and we like the area because it’s a bit more relaxed than the city center. We just try to provide good, honest advice to the people who reach out to us. It’s a simple operation, run by real people who care about what they’re doing every day. We don't have fancy brochures or a glossy website; we just have our experience and a phone that never stops ringing. It’s a busy life but it feels right to us to stay small and focused on the job.
