Genovate Solutions

Our office for Genovate Solutions is actually Flat No 103 in Supriya Towersa in the Aundh area of Pune. Working out of a flat gives it a very different vibe than a regular commercial building. It feels a bit more relaxed, though we still try to get the work done right and stay focused. We have turned the living area into a workspace and the kitchen is where we make way too much tea. Aundh is a nice part of Pune, there are plenty of trees and the weather is usually better than in other cities. We have a small team here. We mostly work on software and various solutions for our clients. The balcony has a few plants that someone forgets to water occasionally. We spend our hours coding or talking through problems on a whiteboard that is getting a bit stained. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We wear regular clothes and sometimes work late if a project needs it. The neighbors in the building are mostly families, so we try not to be too loud during our meetings. It is a practical setup that works for us. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just looking up the address. It’s just a group of us trying to do decent work in a comfortable space.
